Our Teachers & Trainers

– When The Student Is Ready The Teacher Shall Appear –

Becky, Founder & Lead Yin Teacher Trainer

Becky has been training Yoga teachers since all over the world since 2016, first at a Yoga teacher training school in India, and secondly through an array of trainings in Shanti Atma Yoga.

Becky approaches Yin through a holistic lens of the 5 dimensions (physical, energetic, mental, emotional & spiritual) and trains her students and teachers to widen their lens too.

Originally coming to Yoga for lower back pain, and a crazy brain, Becky found the benefits of Yoga to change her life bit by bit. Having a deep interest in meditation and mindfulness, and having sat 4 vipassana courses, her teaching promotes self-inquiry from the inside out, in a safe way, where all bodies can access the practice.

Anna, Yin Teacher

Anna has been practicing and studying various forms of yoga—including Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Yin—as well as the healing art of sound therapy for nearly a decade. Her passion lies in how sound enhances meditation and yoga practices, supporting deeper states of awareness, nervous system regulation, and emotional healing.

Since 2020, Anna has also taught Yin Yoga teacher trainings, specializing in the intersection of yoga, the brain, and neuroplasticity. Her work is rooted in helping people slow down, reconnect with the subtle realms of their body, and cultivate greater presence and self-awareness.

Before fully devoting herself to teaching, Anna spent nearly 10 years working as an international guide, leading cycling, hiking, yoga, and adventure trips across Europe, Latin America and Asia. These experiences deeply informed her love for blending yoga, meditation, sound healing, and the wisdom of the natural world.

Today, Anna is based in Mallorca, where the island’s wild beauty and Mediterranean spirit inspire her offerings. She specializes in sound healing, breathwork, and Naad Yoga—the yoga of sound—sharing practices that reconnect students to their own inner stillness, resilience, and radiance.

Veronica, Yoga Teacher

Veronica has been practicing, studying, and teaching yoga and movement for over 25 years. A lifelong athlete and movement devotee, she has experience and influence from synchronized swimming to surfing, dance, psycho dynamic movement, and more.

Yoga evolved from her own personal search for truth and healing from trauma and as an extension of her studies in psychology. Work with children and teens with emotional challenges led her to incorporate positive psychology and art therapy techniques to her approach.

Her yoga journey has transitioned from Jivamukti, Astanga, Prana Flow, to incorporate the more subtle and somatic integrations of Yin, breathwork, and mindfulness.

As a theatre and film  professional, Veronica combines the worlds of play, creative process, focus, breath, and mindfulness in her teachings.
