Through a holistic approach to Yin, Yoga and ancient maya spiritual practices, you will embody the connection between Yin spirit and indigenous land, to awaken the gentle, intuitive wisdom within, giving you permission to remember the authentic you.
Surrounded by palm trees, turquoise waters and the echoes of slower, sacred time, you will experience the power rituals of Mayan mysticism which take you beyond the physical dimension, all guided by intention and presence.

1. Escaping:
Imagine waking up to the birds, beginning the day with gentle meditation and movement. Then brunch by the pool, followed by a refreshing dip in the water, surrounded by tropical palms. The sun draining away the stress and replacing happiness, laughter and relaxation.

Intention
Shanti Atma Yoga has a driving passion in sharing the way that Yin yoga can be the basis of slowing down and finding Dao in life. This has always been a driving force for extended research, special workshops & healing retreats. The 5 Dimensions to Yin give Becky and her team a lifetime supply of inspirational ways to create classes, workshops and retreats to make Yin accessible to all walks of life.

Becky has been training Yoga teachers since all over the world since 2016, first at a Yoga teacher training school in India, and secondly through an array of trainings in Shanti Atma Yoga.
Becky approaches Yin through a holistic lens of the 5 dimensions (physical, energetic, mental, emotional & spiritual) and trains her students and teachers to widen their lens too.
Originally coming to Yoga for lower back pain, and a crazy mind, Becky found the benefits of Yoga to change her life bit by bit. Having a deep interest in meditation and mindfulness, and having sat 4 vipassana courses, her teaching comes from a place of meditative self-inquiry from the inside out, in a safe way, where all bodies can access the practice.
