Yin Yoga: This training takes you through the fundamentals of Yin Yoga and into the mindfulness of the practice to help your cultivate a more conscious presence. You will dive into the inner workings of how the brain is wired and how we can change our unconscious habit patterns, attitudes, beliefs and behaviours through both Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra: The Yoga Nidra part of the training takes you through the importance of consciousness and how to harness the space in between awake and asleep. Diving into how to teach both Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, you will leave this training with new tools and approaches in how to deepen your experience as a student and effective techniques to incorporate into your classes, as a teacher.
Art of Facilitation: Practising Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra is very different to facilitating and serving the experience to others. In this section of the training you will learn how to set up and teach both Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra practices to others in a safe and comforting way.

Do I need to have completed a 200 hour training?
No, you do not need to have any previous yoga education. On this Yin Yoga course there is an introduction to the foundation of the practice and teaching of Yin Yoga as well as the body and its anatomy. The course builds upon this foundation to deepen the experiential learning of Yin Yoga. Everyone is welcome to deepen their path whether teaching or practising.
